Mrs Mumtaz Fatima Alvi of 51 Melville Street, Pollokshields, Glasgow G41 2JL, wife of Abdul Hamid Alvi, mother of Awais, Zubeir and Abdal, has returned to the mercy of Allah (swt) this evening, Wednesday the 4th of January 2017, passing away peacefully after a long illness.
May Allah (swt) grant her a high place in Jannah and the family sabr during this difficult time.
The funeral will take place on Friday the 6th of January @1pm after the Jummah Salah at Glasgow Central Mosque insha'Allah.
The burial will take place after the funeral prayers Insha'Allah.
There will be a Quran Khani on Friday the 6th of January at the Madrasa Ta'Aleem Ul Islam on Nithsdale Rd, Glasgow after the isha prayer (8pm) Insha'Allah.
